I provide therapy that is a future-oriented, goal-directed approach that focuses on your strengths and resources rather than dwelling extensively on past issues.

Whether you’re exploring harm reduction, abstinence, or moderation, we’ll use neuroscience, compassion, and clarity to build something sustainable. Support groups like AA or SMART Recovery can be powerful—but you don’t have to navigate them alone.

Meet Dr. Little
Hey! I am so happy that you’re here. Allow me to introduce myself.
I have known that I wanted to be a psychologist since I was 12 years old. (I am currently a licensed counselor awaiting licensure as a full clinical psychologist). During my work in mental health over the course of 15 years, I learned that my super power was working with highly motivated clients to rapidly reach their goals. I leaned into that skill, got extra training and certification, and my clients got even better results. Today, I love the work that I do!
Along my journey, I worked as a mental health paraprofessional before I received my graduate degrees. I worked as a psychiatric tech in an inpatient hospital and a intake worker at a community mental health center. I have a profound respect for workers who provide direct services for the most vulnerable populations. My dissertation was focused on understanding how program leaders and developers can best support these professionals, who make up the bulk of mental health providers. I began doing trainings for corporations and organizations and love that work as well.
I am a book lover, amateur chef, master manifester, loving partner, mom (to two and four-legged kids), and not-so-good artist. I am excited to meet you and learn all about your dreams, aspirations, and skills. Are you ready to get started?
