Two Phases of Change

One: Stable Ground

First, you will learn how ADHD affects your attention, memory, emotions, time perception, and ability to act on your intentions.

We will begin stabilizing four important areas:

  • Relationships and communication
  • Money and life administration
  • Work or school
  • Home, health, and daily living

Two: Your ADHD Operating System

Next, you will build personalized systems for time, tasks, organization, focus, emotional regulation, relationships, and low-capacity days.

You will leave with practical tools and a written plan for maintaining your progress.
