For the Culture Therapy, Inc. is a culturally responsive mental health practice serving clients throughout Indiana through virtual and in-person therapy services. We are passionate about providing affirming, high-quality care to Black, Brown, LGBTQIA+, and other historically underserved communities.
We are currently seeking part-time therapists in Indiana to join our growing team.

Position Details
Position Type: Part-Time Employee
Compensation: Per-session pay
Location: Indiana (Virtual; in-person opportunities may be available)
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Complete timely and ethical clinical documentation
- Develop treatment plans and maintain appropriate client records
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing treatment planning
- Maintain professional and ethical standards of care
- Participate in consultation and team collaboration as needed
Qualifications
- Active Indiana license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) or licensure-eligibility
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and affirming care
- Interest in working collaboratively within a growing practice
- Early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply
